Buying from HolyBags® is easy. To start, just make your product selections at our website http://www.holybags.com And Upon receipt of your order, you’ll receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and we do have your hand bag, jewelry or home accessory in stock, your order will be packed securely, insured and shipped. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to process your order.

HolyBags® is located in New York, and all orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to 8.875% Sales Tax. Anywhere outside of New York State is not subjected to the tax.
All orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks via U.S. Postal Service.
HolyBags® currently ships within and outside of the United States. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that your package has been shipped.
We are happy to issue a refund or exchange of merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase.
**Please note that returns are up to the discretion of HolyBags®, and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition.
Please e-mail HolyBags® at holybags@yahoo.com to notify our sales team of your return or exchange of the unused item. All returns or exchanged items must have the Return & Exchange Request Form, be in its original condition, packaging, unused, with tags and labels intact.
When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges & minus a 5% restocking fee within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
For exchanges, once the item is received and approved with your credit card or debit card payment for shipping cost included, the exchange of your new order will be shipped back to you via U.S. Postal Service within 3-5 business days.
Proceed to fill out the Return & Exchange Request Form attached to your receipt you received with your purchase. Once you have filled out and signed the form, pack the unused item(s) securely with the Returns & Exchanges Request Form.
